The sleek semi-cassette is designed in corrosion resistant, powder coated white, extruded aluminum to completely inclose the fabric when retracted. This cassette protects the fabric and mechanism from the weather, dirt and moisture all year round. The front profile incorporated in the empress awning contours aesthetically to the unit while still providing the frame with a compact look. The arms have either 2 or 3 internal springs (depending on projection size) ensuring the fabric stays taut. With most cassette awnings the bracket positioning is limited, however the mounting bar in the empress awning allows extruded brackets to be placed anywhere along it.
