Returns from: Continental United States
With the exception of Wall Murals & Wall Borders You may return unused merchandise for any reason, within 30 days of the date received. Albert's South Jersey Wallpaper will process a credit to your credit card less 25% restocking fee plus return freight. You must follow the Returns process below to receive your credit.
To request a return authorization number & return label please e-mail us at albertswallpaper@comcast.net please put full name, phone number, order number, amount you are returning & why you are returning the item. Once we have reviewed your return request, we will e-mail you with a return authorization number & mail you a return address liable.
Please put the return authorization number & return label out side of bag or box .Once we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RA number & label.
Returns from: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Ricoo & Canada
No returns unless damage.
Defective or Damage
Albert's South Jersey Wallpaper will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of the date received. You must follow the return process above to request replacement merchandise. There is no restocking fee for defective or damaged merchandise. Albert's South Jersey Wallpaper will not refund any labor.
